Carlos has held a range of leadership roles prior to initiating his career in executive search, with extensive international experience in Switzerland, Germany, UK, Spain, Mexico and Brazil working in Global Corporations, as well as serving as member of the Board of Directors in several subsidiaries of International Companies.
He has an MBA form IMD Business School, Lausanne Switzerland.
